Hi, I’m Najm Clayton, a portrait, headshot & fine art photographer based in Sutton Coldfield. Generally my style is minimalist but I am always happy to explore your ideas. I love working with people. I previously worked for more than 10 years in hyper local media and documentary photography before switching to my real passion of portraiture and fine art. I have been working in the studio for 8 years.
I particularly enjoy working within the performing arts and collaborating with other artists, especially those who explore the human condition.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in multi-media and a PGDip in photography from Falmouth University.
I provide both studio and location services and I am available for either one off photoshoots or larger projects; Corporate and personal headshot work is always welcome.
Away from the camera, I am married with two grown up children. I was born and raised in Birmingham but have Welsh ancestry and I’m passionately proud of both!
